NCVIP Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 General Overview & Eligibility

By using the NCVIP website (ncvip.vu), you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ncvip and you.

We know legal language can be hard to follow. That's why NCVIP has made every effort to write these terms in plain, simple English, so every member has a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

To open an account on ncvip, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may open a maximum of One Account may be opened.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If your details change, you must notify NCVIP Support immediately.

NCVIP reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason, particularly where suspicious activity is suspected.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility Criteria

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on NCVIP. This requirement is absolute — no exceptions. If a minor opens an account using false information, all transactions on that account will be voided and no balance will be returned.

Additionally, residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use ncvip. It is each member's responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws applicable in their location.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Transactions on NCVIP can be made via mobile banking and e-wallets. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• When making a deposit, please enter the correct amount and reference number.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit — with limited exceptions.
• For suspicious transactions, NCVIP may request additional documentation for verification purposes.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Ncvip does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment gateway or mobile banking provider may apply a small service charge.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

NCVIP regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the respective offer page.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made after claiming a bonus.
• You may not participate in multiple bonus offers simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Free spins and other bonuses must be used within the specified validity period.

6 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

Ncvip is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating Multiple Accounts to claim a bonus or offer more than once.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other players or NCVIP staff, or using abusive language.
• Knowingly exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure without prior warning, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

NCVIP reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found to have been provided.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to NCVIP Support. This option is always available to promote responsible gaming.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

NCVIP believes gaming should be purely for entertainment. We actively work to prevent and address problem gambling.

• Members can set their own deposit and betting limits at any time.
• You may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion at any time.

9 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

NCVIP maintains a separate Privacy Policy governing the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to that Privacy Policy.

10 Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NCVIP's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes must first be directed to NCVIP Support for resolution.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or technical issues, NCVIP's system logs shall serve as the final and definitive record. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error may be voided.

NCVIP reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
